Correct mapping.

I think the mapping between virtual registers and physical registers is working correctly. Thus, if the program does not produces spill, I believe that the assignment of machine registers to temporaries is right. I have implemented part of the spill code, but I still have to debug it. I have not touched the phi deconstruction algorithm yet.
